How It All Started
Many, many years ago I stayed with my maternal grandmother Jeannie, in Leiston and we started talking about her family. Within a few moments we had drawn up a small family tree comprising her parents and her brothers and sisters. Nothing else really happened until my daughter, Gemma, came home from school one day and asked me how far back I could trace my family tree.
With the seed sown my journey into the past began. The very next weekend I visited the church in the village of Theberton and found numerous graves and headstones in memory of the Bailey family. I was hooked and little did I know at that time just how far back my journey would take me and what family secrets I would uncover!
